Delivery Window:

We will set up before your event begins and pick up after it ends. You will receive an email with a 1 hour delivery window two days before your party. If you are hiring a balloon vendor or hosting at a venue and need a special set up time, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.

Set Up Info:

For your guests safety, properly securing the inflatable is extremely important. We will bring stakes for grass or sandbags for turf, concrete, sport courts, and indoor set ups.

Preparing for Delivery:

Our delivery team will send you a text when on the way. Here’s a few things things that you can do to in advance to ensure a seamless + timely setup process!

1. Clear the set-up area and path from street to set-up location of any trash cans, patio furniture, toys, and pet waste.

2. Confirm that the nearest power outlet is working and ready!
